Sky is Europe’s leading direct-to-consumer media and entertainment company. My role at Sky as a Product designer is to work within the Service Design Team to deliver best in class experiences for customers who seek help or who are wishing to manage their account on Sky.com.
I use my skills and expertise to lead by example by setting a benchmark for what good looks like through clarity. I support the team in shaping the day-to-day delivery and forward-looking UI direction, ensuring it’s in line with wider business strategy.
Home Agency is a strategic marketing agency with offices in Leeds, London, Gibraltar & Sydney. They were previously awarded with Campaign’s No.1 Regional Agency and listed in the top 30 UK agencies.
My main duty as Senior UI Designer was to build and maintain a design system for one of Mars Inc’s biggest brands; Royal Canin. I was responsible for adding and updating components that pass all accessibility standards and perform great user experiences.
I worked closely with in-house developers to find solutions to problems and hand-off high fidelity designs clearly and precisely. I also worked closely with the analytics team to highlight key areas where improvements were needed. Using my expertise I mentored other designers who wanted to learn more about UX/UI processes.
DAZN Group is the digital leader in global sports media and one of the fastest growing sports media companies in the world. Working within the media division exposed me to many different aspects of the business, of which my key focuses were native apps and responsive websites.
We were always adding engaging new features and improving user journeys to keep up with current trends and increase user retention. One of my key responsibilities was to ensure the suite of apps were all using best practice user experiences and pushing boundaries to keep the large user base happy and engaged.
